Senior Consultant, MCIO

The primary role of the Senior Consultant is to work within a highly skilled Microsoft Consulting Team delivering enterprise level solutions with focus on customer satisfaction, project timelines, and deliverables. This will be achieved by providing in-depth technical consulting, analysis, and implementation services for Compugen clients.

Design, deploy and assist with operational handoff, a variety of advanced Microsoft solutions

Assist sales team with technical solutions architecture & effort estimates

Work with other Compugen Practices and/or Partners for solution delivery

Provide technical leadership for Microsoft Infrastructure project teams as required

Mentor and train coworkers as required

Install, configure, migrate, troubleshoot and support a variety of Microsoft technologies

Demonstrate and evangelize the benefits of the Microsoft Cloud and related solutions

Work with Client Account Managers to present proposals and advanced technology solutions to customers

Assist the Microsoft Practice Manager with developing proposals, SoWs, project plans and project budgets

Participate in longer term onsite and project based client engagements

Document designs, as built installations and operational processes


College or University education or equivalent

Industry certifications – Microsoft MCSE or equivalent with Cloud Platform, Cloud Productivity or Windows & Devices competency focus

Minimum of 5 years of experience within a customer-facing professional services environment, with at least 3 years of experience as a senior consultant

Relevant experience designing, architecting and implementing Microsoft solutions; following structured project methodologies and best-practices

Proven experience designing and deploying Office365 and related technologies

Experience with Office365 deployment & migration, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Skype for Business Online and Office Pro Plus CTR

Experience with Microsoft Azure workloads including but not limited to AD Connect, AD Federation Services, Cloud VMs, Cloud Storage and related solutions

Experience with modern Windows desktop deployment technologies, including but not limited to MDT, SCCM OSD, InTune, ADK, MDOP, AppV

Internetworking and network design, automated deployment and migration skills

Excellent customer facing skills with strong verbal, written, and listening skills

Excellent and proven business writing & technical documentation skills

Be comfortable working in a high stress environment with multiple priorities

Ability to work with team environment or take a lead project position when required

Professionalism, confidence, business case analytical skills, presentation skills, and time management skills required

Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
