Mobile Device Support Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate end user mobile telecom requests via multiple vendors
  • Troubleshoot end-user equipment issues with wireless devices
  • Creation of end-user and process documentation for mobile devices
  • Provide end user assistance and training on mobile products
  • Management of a device spares pool
  • Monitor and communicate cellular network outages
  • Work with wireless vendors for device selection and creation of standard offerings

Qualifications

  • College diploma in Computer Science, or related experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work well in a multi-tasking environment
  • Ability to remain focused, motivated, and work independently
  • Team player qualities: integrity, accountability, adaptability and motivation
  • Sound analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills
