This exciting contract role will travel across Canada supporting a significant O365 and Windows 10 deployment.
Utilizing your exceptional customer service skills you will:
- Provide personalized one-on-one support focusing on features and functionalities of O365 for touch devices and mobile
- Utilizing your proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose software and hardware related issues in a professional and friendly manner
- The ability to be detailed oriented and deliver exceptional end-user support
- Flexibility and the ability to meet deadlines
What we need:
- Experience supporting end users with Windows 10 and Office 365
- Post secondary education within technology
- A+ certification is a definite asset
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Hands on experience with desktops, notebooks, mobile devices
- Bilingual English and French is an asset
- Flexibilty to travel across Canada
