This exciting contract role will travel across Canada supporting a significant O365 and Windows 10 deployment.

Utilizing your exceptional customer service skills you will:

  • Provide personalized one-on-one support focusing on features and functionalities of O365 for touch devices and mobile
  • Utilizing your proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose software and hardware related issues in a professional and friendly manner
  • The ability to be detailed oriented and deliver exceptional end-user support
  • Flexibility and the ability to meet deadlines


What we need:

  • Experience supporting end users with Windows 10 and Office 365
  • Post secondary education within technology
  • A+ certification is a definite asset
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Hands on experience with desktops, notebooks, mobile devices
  • Bilingual English and French is an asset
  • Flexibilty to travel across Canada
