Compugen Achieves Metrics-Based Excellence Award

Toronto, Ont.  – October 12, 2010 – Compugen Inc., Canada’s largest privately owned IT solutions and services provider, is pleased to announce that it has been recognized by Microsoft for operational excellence.

Compugen was awarded the Operational Excellence Award at the 2010 Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference in July 2010. The company was chosen out of the North American field of top Microsoft Partners for delivering market-leading operational excellence supporting Microsoft technology.

This prestigious award is recognition of the process and operational standards that Compugen has achieved. The Operational Excellence Award recognizes a select number of Microsoft partners that meet or exceed all of Microsoft’s published measurements for partner performance.

Winners were chosen from a pool of more than 31 entrants in the US and Canada. Compugen, a gold certified Microsoft partner, was recognized for superior operational excellence, meeting or exceeding specific requirements for the number of valid agreements in a variety of categories, as well as the number of on-time and valid order submissions and revenue reconciliation. These requirements directly affect business value and customer satisfaction.

“By meeting and exceeding the specific Microsoft operational standards, Compugen has brought its own internal and external service level commitments into alignment with this particular set of standards.
