Compugen Inc. is proud to announce the launch of 20 new Compugen-staffed service locations across Canada, more than doubling the number of such locations directly served by Compugen staff (from 18 to 38). With this expansion, many more communities are now being served by Compugen technical resources local to their community.
These individuals have each been fully trained by Compugen to provide the level of service excellence and assistance our customers have come to expect, while delivering support with skills gained through extensive technical training and vendor certifications.
With the enhanced coverage, Canadian business has access to a full suite of service and support spanning a portfolio of products including datacentre equipment, networking, print, mobile, POS and an expanding portfolio of IoT devices.
Customers can book service calls or check status of their repair anytime online or by calling a toll-free number. An integrated online system means that calls are dispatched quickly and repairs are expedited through real-time access to our 55 field parts stocking locations.
New Compugen-staffed service locations include, from West to East:
