A large number of enthusiastic golfers played for charity at the Maples of Ballantrae on 22 August 2013. Thanks to the generosity of these individuals and their sponsoring organizations, 47,000 dollars was raised for the Canadian Centre for Abuse Awareness, a registered Canadian charity that raises awareness of sexual and other forms of abuse and aims to assist those having been abused or affected by abuse. The CCAA is celebrating its 20th Anniversary in 2013.
To donate to CCAA go to www.abusehurts.com where you will find further information on the organization and its activities as well as information on the Greens Fore Good event and its sponsors.
Compugen Finance has been supporting CCAA since 2010 through Green4Good and other initiatives.
