Compugen Finance is delighted to announce their status as a finalist for the BC CleanTech Innovative Program Award for their work with the groundbreaking CarbonBank™ program. This award, being presented at the Globe Conference in Vancouver this week, recognizes organizations and leaders driving innovation towards achieving the cleantech revolution.
The CarbonBank program from Green4Good is a new and ground-breaking method for businesses and end-users to reduce their environmental impact in an effort to gain carbon neutrality. They are the first company worldwide to offer carbon credits for end-of-life IT assets.
In addition to offering carbon credits, CarbonBank has the unique ability to offset new purchases of IT equipment and make them carbon neutral. Through participation in the CarbonBank program, clients would obtain carbon credits to reduce their carbon footprint and climate impact.
