
Compugen CSMO featured in BC Business magazine

Tuesday, March 8, 2016. Compugen was honoured by the Town of Richmond Hill, with the 2016 Mayor’s Award, conferred as part of the Richmond Hill Business Awards 2016 Ceremony held at the Sheraton Parkway North Hotel and Suites, which hosted and co-sponsored the event with the Richmond Hill Chamber of Commerce. Other key sponsors were The Richmond Hill Liberal, the Town of Richmond Hill, the Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts and Your Community Realty.
Keynote speaker for the event was Pat Horgan, vice president of manufacturing, development and operations for IBM Canada.
The Mayor’s Award was presented to Compugen’s President and CEO Harry Zarek by Mayor Dave Barrow and by former Member of Parliament for Richmond Hill, the Hon. Bryon J. Wilfert.
“Compugen is honoured to be recognized by the Town of Richmond Hill, which has been our home base since the mid 1990s,” said Zarek. “Many of our GTA staff make their home in Richmond Hill, and we put our corporate roots down a few years ago when we decided to build our headquarters on Via Renzo Drive.”
