Toronto, Ontario, April 19, 2012 – Compugen announced it has been named as CommVault’s Support Partner of the Year in CommVault’s worldwide PartnerAdvantage™ Awards. The CommVault PartnerAdvantage™ Awards recognize partners that have exceeded sales and business goals, made significant contributions to customers’ success and demonstrated its highest commitment to providing superior sales and support of CommVault® Simpana® software. Compugen was one of 13 winners named in an awards ceremony held in conjunction with CommVault’s Worldwide Sales Kick-off meeting in Orlando, Florida.
CommVault’s Support Partner of the Year award recognizes Compugen for its sustaining and increased role in strategic aspects of CommVault’s software-support business. As a premier service-support organization, Compugen has been able to leverage its people, tools and processes to integrate seamlessly into the CommVault global support organization, so that regional CommVault support calls are addressed in the language of the customer’s choice by qualified Compugen support personnel. Over the past year the levels and language of Compugen support integration have grown to include six frontline personnel addressing customer requirements in English, German, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, French and Latin-American Spanish.
Compugen received special recognition on account of its versatility in aligning technical language real-time support and off-line translation services at the highest level with CommVault policies and processes. The partnership allows for continued growth in this program based on versatility and execution.
