On average, 92% of eligible assets are refurbished, while only 8% require recycling.

We use Sweep as our carbon accounting and sustainability data platform to centralize greenhouse gas data and calculate emissions in alignment with the GHG Protocol framework. This supports consistent reporting and helps us better understand and improve our environmental performance.

Our distribution centres support initiatives that reduce waste and extend the life of technology, including cardboard recycling, packaging reuse, waste sorting, pallet recycling, e-waste recycling through E-Cycle, battery recycling through E360S, and device reuse, refurbishment, and redeployment.
Responsible Procurement + Suppliers
Our Vendor Code of Conduct and Sustainable Procurement Standard establish expectations for suppliers across legal and ethical compliance, governance, labour and human rights, health and safety, environmental responsibility, product circularity, responsible sourcing, data protection, reporting, and ongoing oversight.
